Below and to the right notice the burning golden cross at the top of the stairs. Now in the photo on the left look off toward the upper left hand quadrant of the frame. you will see a hooded figure.As the video plays , this hooded figure is walking out of the picture to the left for 2 seconds.In the frame below it to the left you can see that the figure now weilds a CLUB. This is done by the superimposition of a waving arm over the hooded image for a fraction of a second. In the above frame also note, that there is a bearded face to the upper middle right of the golden light . That is one of a multitudes that appear to the right changing frame by frame. This one is very bin Laden like. Other's include the likeness of other terrorist and radical figures. See Below how the face has changd again to appear more like former radical Jerry Rubin or even aa angy Muslim cleric. In one of the final frames of this sequence, the golden staircase has morphed into a railroad tracks. The image on the left can be considered to be firing a weapon'into and across the tracks. The image is placed in the ad to stir up fears of a cibil uprising with the peoples who for an poch in our history , DID live in the "other side of the railroad tracks" as was the expression for probably more than a century. This is to frighten the older voters, both White and African American. The images of burning croses and KKK figures are meant to frighten African Americans.
